Daylight Savings Time ends November 7th, 2010 in the US.
In addition to Sunrise and Sunset, this page also calculates Astronomical Twilight (dark enough to see features in the sky), Nautical Twilight (on a West Texas Flat Sea, the light is more reliable), and Civil Twilight (Dark, but not too dark). These are when the sun is 18, 12 and 6 Degrees below the horizon. There is a correction in the calculations for Atmospheric Refraction (34 arc minutes) and for the size of the sun (16 arc minutes).
Government Domain Links, Weather and Metadata only work for the United States.
